Service
Shifterz provides software for hospitality businesses to publish shifts and workers to apply for or book them. A listing or booking does not guarantee that a shift will be filled, that a worker is eligible to work, or that Shifterz is the employer. The parties must confirm who employs and pays the worker before accepting a booking.
Accounts and conduct
Give accurate account and shift details, keep login credentials private and use the service only if you are at least 18. Companies remain responsible for lawful pay, working conditions, right-to-work checks, insurance and employment obligations that apply to them. Do not post discriminatory, unsafe or misleading shifts.
Subscriptions
Company subscriptions may be monthly or annual. Price, VAT, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be shown before payment. The first 100 company accounts receive the free founding plan assigned at registration. Workers can use a worker account without a subscription. Payments will be enabled only when Shifterz configures its provider.
Cancellations, disputes and support
Before a real marketplace launch, Shifterz must publish binding cancellation deadlines, no-show handling, timesheet dispute steps and a staffed support contact. These pilot terms do not create employment, guarantee payment or replace a written work agreement.
